How do I know if the course is open?

Should the course be closed due to weather BEFORE the beginning of the day’s play – a notification message will be sent via the clubs messaging system. Should you be unsure – check the front page of the website or call the club on 01-4947355 for further information

I’ve lost my GUI card – how can I replace it?

Your replacement card can be ordered by contacting the clubs Hon Secretary – there is a charge for replacing this card.

I cannot access How Did I Do to book into competitions or view results?

How Did I Do is a third party application that connects to the club’s competition software to enable booking and view results etc. If you are having issues with logging in you may contact them directly at:

Should you need to book golf you can continue to do so via the Touchscreen in the locker rooms.


I need to change/remove/add my space on the timesheet and its locked – how can I change this?

This happens when the competition in question is a draw – only the relevant Competition Secretary can modify these draws and you need to contact them directly to make any changes.
