Local Rules
Out of Bounds (Rule 27)

  1. In or over all boundary ditches and fences
  2. The Clubhouse, car park, entrance driveway, and the pathway to the 1st/10th tee boxes
  3. Beyond the line of white stakes on the left of the 1st/10th and the 5th/14th fairways, on the right of the 2nd/11th, 7th/16th, 8th/17th fairways, to the left of the 8th/17th tee box, around the water treatment plant between the 8th/17th fairways and the 9th/18th green, and black & white stakes to the right of the 6th/15th fairway.
Immovable Obstructions (Rule 24.2B)

Electricity poles and support cables, pylons, tee markers, stiles and staked trees

Pylons/poles/wires

A ball striking pylons, electricity poles or overhead cables must be replayed without penalty.

Water Hazards (Rule 26)

Water hazards are indicated by yellow stakes

Lateral water hazards are indicated by red stakes

Pathways

A ball coming to rest on artificially surfaced paths inside the boundaries of the course may be lifted and dropped within one club length of the nearest point of relief not nearer the hole. Pathways or bridges within hazards form part of that hazard and Rule 13-4 applies if a player intends make a stroke at a ball that is in a hazard.

Ground under repair (Rule 25.1B)

Relief may be taken without penalty and dropped within one club length from nearest point of relief not nearer the hole.

Stones in bunkers (Rule 24.1)

Stones in bunkers are movable obstructions.

Embedded ball through the green

Through the green, a ball that is embedded in its own pitch-mark in the ground other than sand may be lifted without penalty, cleaned and dropped as near as possible to where it lay but not nearer the hole. The ball when dropped must first strike a part of the course through the green.

Penalty for breach of Local Rules

Stroke play – 2 strokes; Match play – loss of hole.
